Salmon
Winter farmers market includes root veggies, organic soaps, meats, and wild caught salmon. The color on this salmon was not added color. It was amazing. We bought some and will be smoking and or curing it.
There will be another Winter Market on Feb 2 from 3-6pm at the Cathedral. Please stop and support our local farmers

I just heard from someone in Platteville yesterday that they're planning a winter farmers market over there soon.
