Jen's Flying Chicken

That is the name of my new dish. I sliced 2 organic chicken breasts and wanted to feed the whole family. So I cut them into small strips and skewered them on bamboo skewers. Willie was pulling his off and it flew across the table. Jen's Flying chicken - the name was born. BTW, it was teriaki made with the Magic Bullet Blender and poured on.

Still have not had a chance to take a photo of Mitchel and his glasses. He got into the car yesterday and said he broke them. He got hit in the face with a ball and it bent the nose pieces so he could not wear them. And it really hurt! He had a chess tournament yesterday. His first play was up against a really good kid and he lost.
