Procrastination

I used the word in the car today and the 5th grader I give a ride home to asked what that meant. Hmm. I actually had a hard time explaining.

Mitchel decided to procrastinate a project that he had a week to work on, which included almost a 4 day weekend. He started on it tonight. I asked Ron to help him out and he kind of gave him a justdoit attitude. Poor kid went to sleep without it being finished. He got up at 3 am and went to the bathroom. I did not hear him go back to bed so I got up. I asked him if he was ok and he said yes, but. Stopped him, told him I loved him and told him to go back to sleep. I am sure it was bothering him that it was not done. So as I was thinking about it, then I could not sleep. Won a fast game of solitare so I thought I would write a bit too.

I changed the time on the blog, so it is the time that I posted it now Central time.

Not happy this week. Seems everything I do or say rubs Ron the wrong way and visa versa. We are both very much on each others nerves about stupid little junk. Hopefully things will be better after this weekend. He has to work on Saturday night and Sunday morning for a server shutdown and restart.

It was very warm again on Thursday and a chance of snow on Fri or Sat. Looks like it will go South of us though. It is so grey around here. Need some pretty white snow for us kids to play in. I want to go cross country skiing and toboggonning with the kids.

Let it snow.
